An out of hours emergency call out
facility is provided if required and all non-emergency breakdowns
are dealt with where possible within 24 hours.
Contracts covered by maintenance are tailored to the customers
needs with each visit payable on satisfactory completion.
Clients are assured of the best after-sales service and
attention from our engineers, with comprehensive operating
and maintenance manuals available for every project completed
by Newsome.
Training and the Environment
Newsome Ltd is committed to training
all its staff from apprentices through to director level
in all aspects from equipment service to health and safety.
In all environmental matters, Newsome takes its responsibilities
extremely seriously; consequently, all our service engineers
are fully certificated in environmental and safe handling
of refrigerants and are R.I.B. registered.
A further environmental issue is the supply of natural and
ozone friendly refrigerants within new and existing systems.
Newsome Ltd are keeping abreast of developments and legislation
and are currently involved with testing and evaluating alternative
refrigerants in order to provide customers with help and
advice for the future.
Qualifications
All employees posses an IOSH/SPA
Health & Safety passport complete with food specific
training.
Proving our commitment to new and existing clients, Newsome
Ltd has achieved the National Britannia 'SAFE Contractor'
status as well as being registered with the 'Contractors
Health & Safety Assessment Scheme' (CHAS)
